I wasted half an hour of my life looking for this place. ATB is NOT located in the Arts Parkade, it is located in the MacEwan Student centre, one floor down from the food court. ATB doesn't seem to value client feedback, given that previous users have reported this issue.
ATB NOT LOCATED IN THE ARTS CENTER PARKADE.. as Google suggests. It's located in the MacEwan Student Center first floor. Go to the food court (MacEwan Hall, second floor) there is a student info booth there.. take the stairs down a level, stay to your right, eventually you will find it.
