I am a customer at the ATB BRANCH and at the branch on 17th Ave,S.W. Very rude management and especially the one teller who is a lady,but not very friendly. Every time I go there she hounds me about why I am there. Not long ago I eas there to withdraw a large mount from my account to help my Sister out who's Daughter was killed. She said to me " Was she really killed or what". I eventually had what I wanted but very rude every chance I get I never go there.

We recently got our house mortgage from this branch of ATB and I can vouch that we could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Our mortgage advisor Mr. Jonathan Ly made the entire process so quick and hassle free that we can never thank him enough for all his help. He is such an amazing and knowledgeable advisor that we have decided to do all our future businesses with ATB from now onwards. Jonathan is by far the best financial advisor we have met and done business with here in Calgary.
