We recently got our house mortgage from this branch of ATB and I can vouch that we could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Our mortgage advisor Mr. Jonathan Ly made the entire process so quick and hassle free that we can never thank him enough for all his help. He is such an amazing and knowledgeable advisor that we have decided to do all our future businesses with ATB from now onwards. Jonathan is by far the best financial advisor we have met and done business with here in Calgary.
I went in today to get some Canadian money exchanged. The place is nice and clean but confusing. The guy that helped me was quite rude and unfriendly towards me, very short and dismissive rude tone when I spoke with him. After 15 minutes waiting and then 10 minutes of him trying to figure things out he walks away, come back and in passing says “we can’t help you if you don’t have an account here” and contributed walking by never returning to his desk. I’d never come back here after the poor customer service.
