Just went to put some money in my account and one of the girls there was sitting there by the door watching the clock and the second it hit 5 she locked the door and walked away as I was about to walk in, considering switching to CIBC, from what I hear there customer service is pretty good there

Mother is a native woman of 82 years of age went in to close my deceased uncle account passed away for 3 years had all the right paperwork and documents from the institute where my uncle resided and was told from his caregiver that is what what was needed she was spoken to rudely and was basically turned away and refused service because of racism from the older white woman who was behind the counter high level has to screen there employees because they do deal with indigenous peoples and racism has to stop we ain't all thiev... read more
