Bank tellers are very friendly and respectful but no help atb online banking has been a struggle for me I’ve been into the bank many times to fix it but no luck and I work everyday of the month I can so it’s hard to get to the bank before 5 everyday I’ve had no issues till this year I’ve been using atb for 5 years now don’t get why I’m having so many issues now
Friendly and fairly quick service with a smile
Today I went into the TD bank and waited 30mins or more like always to get to speak with a teller. The wait was fine but the service was not. Wanted to deposit a student aid check to get my books. The lady at the till said they had to put a hold on it. I asked why since it was a government check. She said it was procedure… I asked if they could release enough for my books .. Really didn't have any problems here with this Branch until recently when the lady I called over the phone I was wanting to get a line of credit and ask a few questions and go from there and find out like what I can do or what would be the process she runs my credit check and everything without even fully consent or anything so not really proud how she just assumes and goes ahead and does stuff without even talking to the customer about what the details are on loans and such not impressed with this store or her
