Seems like poor communication internally and externally to their customers, at least I didn’t receive the phone call I was assured I would receive. Investigation pending regarding the issue they caused with my mortgage payment. Might update this review if they choose to take this situation seriously and take accountability for first dropping the ball and then passing the buck to an employee who is conveniently on vacation. Let’s hope for a positive outcome.
