Been banking here ever since I set up my first account. I had been pre-approved for a mortgage and when we went in to start the application it seemed as though everything fell apart. Zero communication from the staff regarding what we had to submit. Wouldn't answer my phone calls until I called from a different number. Didn't respond to emails until after office hours. Some of the slowest most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with. The wait time is absolutely crazy. I’ve never been to a bank with such long wait times. The one time it took about 20 minutes just to be assisted in trying to get a debit card. They couldn’t figure out how to read the computer properly or something. I never ended up getting the debit card, because after waiting about 20 minutes in line up and about another 20 minutes being “helped”, my two-year-old needed to use the washroom. This branch in Barrhead is one of the most amazing ones i have ever dealt with. The individuals who work there are the most caring, respectful and professional people i have met in banks. They really do care about their clients and work very hard to help people. Huge thanks to Mary Lake for all of her talks and support. I cannot seem to thank this branch and workers enough for all they do..!
