Don't bother woth this branch or bank at all been in there for the past 3 months trying to get holds taken off my account they just look at you stupid an tell you oh you need a credit card for the holds to be released on your account or make something up I've been a 20 year member at ATB an not once have I had a hold so I don't understand why all the sudden just dint waste your time with them and don't bother banking with ATB cause needless to say more of a headache then anything
Place was friendly when I needed to change address also they said if I leave review I’ll be entered into a draw so here I am.
I find this bank terrible to deal with. It's not about the branch, they are great people, but they can only do so much. ATB is the worst financial institution I have ever banked with. Their fees are super high. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
