The misinformation I was given lead me to have a $400 service fee as a single mother of three. One of my children is level 3 autistic and the other has global delay I am unable to work how I need to becahse in order for my children to attend a daycare they need aids to attend with them full-time and those type of aids only run from September - June on limited hours. I have cash to put in a GIC, they have a special on, called the BD branch 5 days ago, left a message and no one bothered to call me! I guess I will invest my money elsewhere. Poor service.
