I have cash to put in a GIC, they have a special on, called the BD branch 5 days ago, left a message and no one bothered to call me! I guess I will invest my money elsewhere. Poor service.
I recently had a condo sale in Manitoba and the proceeds where to be moved from my out of province lawyer to the Diamond Valley branch. They screwed up every part of this process so I wouldn't trust them with any large amounts of money again.
