The ATB McKenzie Town branch is fantastic to deal with. I’ve been pleased with my visits over the past few years. Today, I spoke with Suzana Zecevic, and she was incredibly helpful throughout our meeting. She explained everything clearly and showed me a detailed breakdown of my accounts.
Been banking here for years and always amazing, been bumps like always but when there is the issues are sorted out fast and efficiently. Special shout out to Suzana who was amazing in helping not only me but also my friend today!

This is more of a rating of the ATB World Elite MasterCard that I received from this branch. Maybe the card is elite but the hard to reach customer service and constant "declined payments' make this card useless! I would not have even gotten the card but the rep pushed all of its great benefits, so I reluctantly signed up. I do not recommend the ATB World Elite MasterCard, unless you have other cards to back you up!
