This is more of a rating of the ATB World Elite MasterCard that I received from this branch. Maybe the card is elite but the hard to reach customer service and constant "declined payments' make this card useless! I would not have even gotten the card but the rep pushed all of its great benefits, so I reluctantly signed up. I do not recommend the ATB World Elite MasterCard, unless you have other cards to back you up!
Twice my bank account was compromised in 2025 due to their debit card security issues. First time; I was told too bad not our problem. And they never called me back as I requested. Second time; I wrote them telling them during their issue they were having with their debut card I was charged three times for the same product I purchased with my ATB debit card. They never got back to me. I don’t recommend banking with ATB anymore like I once did. Find another institution to watch your money for you.
