Very disappointed with this bank, when I first switched over, they were so full of themselves saying that they had the lowest monthly fee out of all other banks, how they are safe since the card numbers are on the back. Monthly fee of $9 was only for the first three months, and that fee is now $16 a month, the chip on the card stopped working so I went today to change the card, and the numbers are now at the front just like with other banks, and you can’t even use face ID for login anymore. If you are thinking of this bank for your business. I would strongly reconsider, when Vanessa was the branch manager and evgany was the business advisor. They would at least try to help with things. Like releasing a draft a bit early if you need. Or just calling you back with an answer. Now samantha is the BM and she is terrible offers zero help and everything is no no no. Deposited government check 3 days ago, still hasn't cleared. Clerk assured me they would call the day after deposit to confirm check with the government but apparently that hasn't happened.
Evgeny Shkola, in the business department is outstanding! he goes above and beyond everytime. When I need him he is on the phone immediately and always more than happy to help with not only the big things but also the little details. I'm thrilled that he's my advisor and would 100% recommend him.
