Whenever I tried come to ATM, full of homeless people inside. Feels very unsecure to withdraw money around these people. Bank should do something to protect its property and safety of its customers. Post some security officers like other banks does.

Best banking branch for Albertans... But read on. Good rates (unsure if mortgages but loans are good and terms are fair) and good investment opportunities. Whenever I've gone in they usually aren't busy but I very seldom do. All/any of my complaints revolve around phone calls and mobile banking. God forbid you need to get in touch with a human being for a technical issue or something complicated. You'll either need to drive in and talk in person or wait 2+ hours on hold to get through the mobile banking to speak with an agen... read more
