Experience was really nice. Everyone was really helpful and kind.
I had an issue regarding getting access to my Mastercard information via my online banking. I went in to my Shawnessy ATB Branch Tuesday morning to get a resolution and spoke to Issa Jucco. The following morning she did a follow up call (much to my appreciation) and informed me she was working on a solution. I met with Gracia Llovia for advice on purchasing a new home and for a mortgage pre-approval. Gracia was incredibly kind and lead with empathy with our situation. With a busy schedule she made time to connect and answer all of our questions. Gracia made us feel comfortable and I will be meeting with her again for our family’s future needs.
