I have never had a bad experience with ATB. They always do their best to work with and accommodate you, their service is always good, and they always give it to you straight.
Keep having to return to fix a problem with my account that they always say if fixed (and never is). Only 2 customer service reps working at one time so there is always a wait for service.
I had an outstanding experience with Gracie at the bank! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her for anyone needing and assistance. Thank you, Gracie!
