December 2024 atb after 2 years my address and info gets changed back to an address that I have not lived at for 9 years all on its own, costing me an uber to go to atb to fix the wrong address and phone number, today atb online banking says can't verify me!!! I am handicapped and now tomorrow morning I have to pay for another uber to go to atb to fix what was already fixed 1 month ago!!! Only this time I will be closing my account forever!! I do not endorse atb and I do not recommend anyone bank with atb!!! EVER!!
Bank staff is frendly but I was little bit upset. Because the bank staff made two mistakes, I had to go back to the bank again, and eventually I resolved it through online customer service. I can understand the first mistake, but I was taken aback when it happened a second time. I hope such issues will not be repeated in the future.
