Worst customer service from a bank that I have ever received. Ended up costing me $185 in bank fees for a botched wire transfer they had to do twice which resulted in 3 days delay. Bank teller assured me that they would reverse the fees, left a voice mail for her and bank manager at the beginning of the week and still haven’t hear back from anyone.
Narciso was super helpful and quick to respond. He made the whole process easy and was always clear and friendly in his communication. Really appreciated his help!
