The worst experience with give them lower if there was an option. No one gets back to you. We have been dealing with Ryan Farhat. I try calling the client care and get the run around. I have never seen such poor customer service. I would go elsewhere! Do not choose ATB.
The bank and the ATM were both open and easily accessible. However, there is no designated handicapped parking spot, which could make access difficult for customers with mobility challenges.
Service is so terrible, I'm embarrassed to say I bank here.
