Myself and others waited in-line while five employees did not even acknowledge any of us. Three sitting on the end talking about someone else who had retired, while the other two did not even look up. As a former banking professional this is embarrassing. I understand that you may be busy but look up, acknowledge the client and continue with your work or set it aside and help the person infront of you.
