This bank mishandled my account multiple times: I have dealt with abuse, theft, harassment and illegal activities ! I paid a stop payment and an NSF, yet they froze my account created a new account with zero consent. I had called in that day to cancel all accounts with their inhumane, wrongful, unprofessional service, account mishandling and stolen money ! Went in 4 times about a problem. Always told they would look into it and call back. They haven't ever called back Losing faith in this branch
Tellers are very helpfull and can do things for your banking features and options can all be dealt with fast
The absolute, hands-down, most positive banking experience I have ever had in decades of often frustrating banking!!! Amanda Richards, branch manager, had handled my request for an overseas payment matter. She must have did 1000 steps to handle my issue, with brevity, politeness and always with a smile. I had to check my watch to see what decade I was in as I thought I was back in the 1980's; where bankers treated people, as people, not as sheep.
