Honestly I came into this location half ready to just fully close my account. However it was Scott Freeman who helped me and what a gem he was. Extremely helpful in getting me set up for what I need and gave me a bunch of recommendations for what to do for my new setup to serve me better. He definitely knew what he was talking about and doing and I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided when I went in. Best experience I've had with ATB in literal years.
I came with my friend and her parents, two senior new comers. We were sooo happy to meet manager Patricia and advisor Aneeqa here. They were very friendly and helpful. My friend’s parents were all satisfied with their first banking experience in Canada.
Terrible bank when you phone no one answers they started charging 90 year olds for mailed bank statements disgraceful unforgivable
