Easy access easy to deal with
Long lines, even longer wait times. Largest atb branch in Medicine Hat and the only one open Saturdays, yet they staff it with one teller.
I've never had any problems. Their bank fees are lower than other banks.
Atm inside and out frequently don't work. Then go in to see cashier and only 1 is on and the wait time is very long. Also their debit cards suck. Every 6 weeks I need to replace it as it stops working so all auto withdrawals have to be changed too. Very annoying and time consuming.
