If I could give less stars I would. When my home burnt down ATB insisted I had to pay off my mortgage even tho the insurance was going to pay to rebuild the home. And I never missed a mortgage payment. They were not prepared with knowledge of what the new construction loan would look like. They did not know the terms, the interest rate, or the draw schedule. They wanted me to refinance at 1% higher interest and delayed my rebuild by eight months. They wanted me to pay $1048 for an appraisal of my empty land for this new mort... read more
Ben Keyes is the branch manager and he is incredibly helpful. He will tell you everything you need to do to meet your goals. The teller staff and always polite and kind. They have a new abm 24/7 that is envelope free.
