To start, I want to say that I had a good experience with the lady with the blonde hair (forgot her name), who opened up my account about a month ago. Everything was working great and I was in the process of switching all my banking to ATB. Unfortunately, I forgot I had 3 pre authorized debits coming out of my new account with ATB while in the process of switching everything over from another bank because I hadn't moved over my payroll. Deepali was incredibly helpful when I went in and needed some assistance! She was very friendly and provided amazing customer service! She helped me deal with an issue in a fantastic and efficient manner.
There aren’t a lot of places left in Cochrane that still feel like our small town anymore. The staff at this ATB location embody that feeling though. There are two or three members who have been there for a long time and it’s so comforting to know that I can still walk through the doors get amazing service and be way more then just a number or client ID. Why is that ABM is only drive through? When the weather is -40 your screen is slow , we CANNOT use GLOVES , I think you should have your ABM side open to customers apart from this I love the service from employees.
I hate going into this bank. The middle-aged blonde woman behind the counter is especially lazy and unpleasant. Take in foreign currency that your elderly mother has sent to you, and this woman has an absolute meltdown. Advising you to go anywhere else, but for her to have to process it. I'm sorry. I thought this was my bank? My bad!
