Emiko is hands down the best advisor ever! She took the time to listen to our concerns and needs and even went out of her way to ask more in depth questions. After experiences with another bank this was a breathe of fresh air.

To start, I want to say that I had a good experience with the lady with the blonde hair (forgot her name), who opened up my account about a month ago. Everything was working great and I was in the process of switching all my banking to ATB. Unfortunately, I forgot I had 3 pre authorized debits coming out of my new account with ATB while in the process of switching everything over from another bank because I hadn't moved over my payroll.
