Went for a simple pre-approval for mortgage and to find the best rate. Staff made it too complicated.
The Scottish lady teller is the best, i will let other customers go ahead of me In order to talk to her.
To start, I want to say that I had a good experience with the lady with the blonde hair (forgot her name), who opened up my account about a month ago. Everything was working great and I was in the process of switching all my banking to ATB. Unfortunately, I forgot I had 3 pre authorized debits coming out of my new account with ATB while in the process of switching everything over from another bank because I hadn't moved over my payroll. Deepali was incredibly helpful when I went in and needed some assistance! She was very friendly and provided amazing customer service! She helped me deal with an issue in a fantastic and efficient manner.
There aren’t a lot of places left in Cochrane that still feel like our small town anymore. The staff at this ATB location embody that feeling though. There are two or three members who have been there for a long time and it’s so comforting to know that I can still walk through the doors get amazing service and be way more then just a number or client ID.
