A few months ago my secured vehicle, in locked storage, was vandalized and blank ATB cheques for my account were stolen. Later, fraudulent cheques with obviously fake signatures were accepted by ATB and my money was paid out. No security proceedures were enacted by ATB to verify that these cheques were valid. The branch manager told me that the fraud investigators had the information. I e-mailed the fraud department but they have not responded.
I really enjoy the customer service at ATB. I have accomplished a lot with ATB in a few short years and will remain a customer for the long haul! Thank you for all your help!!!
This institution has legitimately enabled my business to grow to it's full potential. Both residential and commercial banking representatives are at the top of the game. Left a 27 year relationship with TD based on how well they treated both my business and family.
