Un. Believable. Saturday. 1:30pm... there's one person at the till working to help a very long lineup. 3 people sitting at desks with no customers in their offices. I used to bank here.. and quit because the service takes forever. Im only here for a teamspirit bank account for my kids hockey team. Management - if you're reading this, staff accordingly. A weekend isn't the time to have one person at till and 3 others at desk with no clients. The reason we stopped banking at ATB in the first place.
I have been a loyal ATB client since 2010, trusting them with all my banking needs, mortgages, and business accounts. ATB has always delivered world-class service-until now. Unfortunately, my experience with a banker named Apurv has been the complete opposite. For 24 days he has failed to complete a simple RESP transfer request. He avoids responsibility, doesn’t listen properly, and gives the impression that helping clients is a burden. Friendly Staff. Friendly Atmosphere. Open Late on Wednesdays and Open on Saturdays. Advisor Doris was able to help me open a USD Account on a Saturday with No Appointment.
