What an awful bank all around. They do absolutely nothing for their clients. My last straw is they suddenly started charging me for statements that I had already checked off on line for E statements. I had to stay on hold for 30 mins and another 10 for them to change it. Then she wanted to go through the notes to make sure it wasn't their mistake in order to refund the 4 dollars they had charged me. I declined. Even at minimum wage an hour is worth 15 dollars. I get better customer service at a Quiznos sub. Banked with ATB all my life. Father worked for them his entire life. Go in to get some bank statements printed and they warn me it’s $10. Per month. $120 for statements? You gotta be kidding me. I think this is the last straw, I’ll be switching to a bank that is more customer service focused. Seeeee ya.
