Terrible experience dealing with this branch of ATB . They were very unhelpful in dealing with a request and gave me 3 different stories regarding the same matter, had to get another branch to sort our problem out ,and will be taking our business account to another branch of ATB. The employees in this branch could really do with some customer service refresher courses
Not a great bank in general to deal with. Really. They all the same scammers.
Been calling their branch but never get an answer, I even asked for a call back but never got one!!!.
I have heard my wife complain about how slow the service is at this branch. I have to agree. When I came up to the counter, first in line, there was one lady sitting down getting help from an employee & two other employees seemingly helping that employee for a short time. Instead of acknowledging me or helping me the two other employees just disappeared to the back area. It's now 10 minutes later & there are now 4 people waiting in line behind me.
