The bankers there can be snobby and rude. Think they are better than others.
I called ATB Stony Plain Bank and asked if ATB account numbers were 7 or 9 digits so I could set up direct deposit form with the numbers on the bottom of my employers business voided check. Sara would not provide any help and told me that "that info is private" even though I was asking no personal info. I just wanted to know how many digits to enter. I then called back and spoke with the call center and he instantly told me that ALL ATB ACCOUNTS are 11 digits and to simply add 2 zeros in front of the 9 digits. I'm so glad my... read more
