I called ATB Stony Plain Bank and asked if ATB account numbers were 7 or 9 digits so I could set up direct deposit form with the numbers on the bottom of my employers business voided check. Sara would not provide any help and told me that "that info is private" even though I was asking no personal info. I just wanted to know how many digits to enter. Parthesh was amazing. Patience with who I was at such as a student. He searched and give me more advice that I could think of it. We looked all angles, and on top he made sure if is possible to see an advisor for further help. Best bank ever. They have yummy hot drinks.
