For several months I have tried to get a successor documents set up. I have had no help and after years of banking in Stony I find the new staff rude and condescending hiding their inability with claims of harassment. Not nice is not nice, I thot staff were to serve, guess they didn’t get the memo. No worries ladies there are other banks.

Why do people call me then do not answer when called back 5 times and left messages each time?! Thought you (CB) were supposed to call back the same day?! Today is the next day - already tried this morning.
