Debbie was excellent to work with for our mortgage needs
Always long line ups with minimal teller staff. Last time I was there the manager, Soula Jackson was rude and confrontational with a client I was chatting with. Inexplicable, considering their professed “ zero Tolerance Policy”
Always a line. For some reason I could not make a deposit at their self service terminals. Also one of the terminals is always “temporally” out of service. I’ve been standing in line for 10 minutes without being greeted. There is only 2 workers servicing the line. And 2 taking occasional persons. Always a line and it’s seriously ridiculous if they know there’s been a piling line for weeks and will only have 2 people servicing the line.
