There's always a waite, the business desk does nothing to help they sit there and watch. Also Siva needs to shower, you can't get near the teller without smelling body odor, it's gross. Members shouldn't be subjected to that.
Dealt with Ashley in regards to a mortgage and she was an absolute delight to deal with. She was able to get us exactly what we needed on a very tight turn around. She was very professional yet personable and in what could’ve been a stressful situation she made it feel like a breeze. Very grateful to have gotten to deal with her :)

Always long line ups with minimal teller staff. Last time I was there the manager, Soula Jackson was rude and confrontational with a client I was chatting with. Inexplicable, considering their professed “ zero Tolerance Policy”
