Extremely disappointed with this branch. I was refused a deposit today because the amount was "too large." It makes no sense for a financial institution to reject a customer's deposit based on the size of the amount. Instead of assisting me or guiding me through the proper protocol for large transactions, they just turned me away. This is terrible customer service.

I was having a bad day. My mind was somewhere else as an elderly man had wanted to fight me over a parking spot. He told me if i walked into an antique store they wouldnt let me leave cause i looked older then him. I began to think i was in fact older. I slipped on the concrete outside and the two amazing ladies witnessed this awful turn of events and raced to lift my old carcuss off the cold slab outside. They went above and beyound expecations.
