The staff in any ATB you go into are very professional and will help you with your financial needs. They all do a great job.
Manpreet was very efficient and very helpful . She guided me through the whole process and I was able to get the best deal with her. I would recommend her because she definitely knows what she’s doing. She made the whole process very easy for me.
I don't even know where to begin. My bank account was hacked, and the scammer stole more than $1,000. After reporting it, it took over three months to receive a response, and I was told I wouldn’t get my money back. They suggested I could go to the police or try to find the person who took the money. They also mentioned that if they reimbursed everyone who got scammed, there wouldn't be a bank left. Clearly, ATB chose the easy route and refused to assist me in any way. I'm planning to switch banks.
