The management is a total disaster. Camrose bank is red flagged because of so many problems. I’ve never had bad luck until banking there. I’ve pulled all accounts and investments along with lots of other customers that I know of. Some of the tellers were great though. But above them is a disgrace
Garbage automated answering systems. Let me talk to a human instead of advertising at me for 20 minutes then dropping my call. What a disgrace.
They don't know how to answer their phones. I've called many many a times over last couple months to no avail. I'm almost wondering if they all are afraid of the phone No, not the Bawlf location. Camrose and Rimbey. Next time don't assume
