I want to give a big shout out to Aishwarya at Ellerslie Branch. I was booked by customer service to talk to an advisor, and I ended up talking to Aishwarya. It was such a pleasure to interact with her. I moved my entire baking to ATB, they helped me at every step, quick responses, guidance, digital processes and answers to all the questions. I am in much better financial health today, thanks to Aishwary and Ellerslie ATB!!
After 10 years of being a loyal customer they have taken to enabling merchants to steal money from my accounts and trying to gaslight me into thinking said transactions never occured. I am closing my account. Photo of a $50.93 charge taken off my card that they are currently saying never happened. Go somewhere else.
