Staff is always friendly and courteous. Would be 5 stars except there's always a wait to see a teller, doesn't matter if there's 20 people in line or none.
Too many employees standing around while the lineup of customers grow they see all the customers waiting but seem to care less if they grow impatient or wait forever to complete a simple transaction. Lunch break and breaks in general need to be split up as the majority of employees leave for a break at the same time leaving 10 or so customers to be served by a single teller guess break time requires the buddy system and holding hands.
