Great service. Was fast and the staff are pleasant.
ATB is definitely not the financial institution it once was. Closed my accounts after 25+ years ago. Fees and rules and policies, helpless staff who are bound and not worth the trouble of dealing with.
Terrible service and bank is never open wouldn’t recommend banking with them
Low review based entirely on hours. I can never even get anything done at this branch since they are so terrible. They really took “bank hours” to heart here, and are not open at all on weekends. There aren’t any other ATB branches open on Saturday close enough to work into weekly errands. One of the main reasons I don’t bring my everyday banking over from a different bank.
My cash deposit got stuck in the drive-through ATM machine, and now they say it will take five business days to resolve the issue. I can't believe that in 2025, they need five business days to fix something that could be sorted out in just a few hours in the real world. It's frustrating that if an ATM machine isn't working correctly, I, as the customer, have to suffer the consequences. I'm considering canceling all my dealings with ATB. While ATB provides great service in rural Alberta, it seems to be failing in town.
