My cash deposit got stuck in the drive-through ATM machine, and now they say it will take five business days to resolve the issue. I can't believe that in 2025, they need five business days to fix something that could be sorted out in just a few hours in the real world. It's frustrating that if an ATM machine isn't working correctly, I, as the customer, have to suffer the consequences. I'm considering canceling all my dealings with ATB. While ATB provides great service in rural Alberta, it seems to be failing in town.
The tellers at this ATB branch are always a challenge to deal with with. They always have a 'can't do' attitude. The Chinook Centre is always a better option.
Mary took ownership of an issue and she helped us correct an issue with such professionalism, she reached out to make sure she understandood the issue at hand and executed very well.
