The customer service is atrocious, compared to other ATB branches But hey they got free coffee while you can’t get service
Went to retrieve money out of my account and there was only one person working there and there was a large line of people, took me 20 mins to wait in line to be helped by the same one person. But it’s a large building with only one person in it so it made no sense to me why it took so long to be helped.
Nevil P. is an amazing Banking Advisor with this Branch. Not only did he provide me with some savvy advice, but he went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to make a large financial transaction in another province. I cannot recommend Nevil enough.
I asked for a different currency two weeks ahead of my vacation. I was never notified that the application never went through (even after multiple calls). I was with the 23 ave branch before for over ten years and never a single problem. Now they can’t get my money in time. The staff member I talked to was nice, but this situation was very avoidable.
