Went to the branch to try to get a paper statement for my disabled son who has fraud on his account teller wanted 10dollars for this paper copy. Had to threaten to close my accounts after 40yrs of buisness with atb for her to print 1 single piece of paper...I don't think atb is thinking correctly if they need the 10 dollars more than the millions I do in buisness with them...plus not great customer care to try to reap 10 bucks off fraud of a disabled person...Do better.
I tried to open an account here but their excuse for refusing to help me was because "we're not the main location".
