This branch has no idea how to move a line along. Seven people in line with 3 tellers. Another teller comes out and does not open but sits there doing other work. We waited quite some time about 1/2 hour. One person was at one teller that whole time. I think customer service is more important than doing paper work at a closed teller. Serve customers first!! Other tasks can wait.
Great service as well as knowledgeable and kind staff.
What an excellent branch to do business with! Nick at the front was helpful and very friendly. Erika helped us with a banking question that was perplexing to us—but not to her! She was professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help us find just the right banking solution for our needs. And a big bonus—didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Looking forward to our new relationship with ATB.
