This used to be a great bank, especially when Jennifer P. was still there, she was amazing. However now every single time I have to see someone there I’m afraid that they will mess something up. There is only 2 competent tellers and I always hope that they are there when I have to go in. They temporarily lost money I put into my cashable (I asked the lady to make sure it’s cashable multiple times) GIC.
