Absolutely terrible experience at this ATB branch. The staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing and were incredibly unprofessional. When I asked to make a bank draft with my own money, it turned into an argument instead of a simple transaction. The branch manager, Ada Cheng, was especially rude—raising her voice at me and handling the situation in a very disrespectful way. I’ve had a great experience with ATB Bank. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. They take the time to explain things clearly and make banking feel much less stressful. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and professional, and I always feel supported with my financial needs. Highly recommend ATB to anyone looking for reliable and personable banking service!
Just like all of the other reviews this place has extremely poor staff who are not customer service orientated at all. All I wanted to do was open an account met with no that’s not possible we have no appointments open. I follow up with can you find me another appointment at a different location to be met with another no. You’re a bank. How can something as simple as opening an account not be possible at all times?
Don't call this place unless you wanna go deaf. I've had nothing but issues with ATB as a bank in general but I can't even pay off an outstanding balance with this damn bank without it being the biggest hassle I've ever dealt with.
What good is a cash machine that isn't accessible outside of normal business hours? Arrived at 6pm on a Tuesday and it's locked. Absolutely useless
