Jake Kim was very helpful to help us open my wife's account. We had no appointment but he walked us through the setup process and answered all our questions about their products and services. I had the opportunity to work with Bryce at the ATB branch, and my experience was excellent. Due to the nature of the account, there was a fair amount of back and forth, and Bryce was consistently patient, attentive, and professional throughout the process. He clearly explained all available options and provided valuable guidance on how to make the process more efficient. I would highly recommend Bryce and the team at ATB Bank for their friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
I strongly advise against using this bank if you frequently purchase bitcoin. My experience with this bank has been extremely disappointing, particularly with this branch's service quality. They terminated my account after I used my savings to buy bitcoin, initially claiming it violated their TOS. Upon review, I found no such restriction in their TOS.
