Terrible customer service, extremely unprofessional
Drive thru atm was out of service and lobby was locked outside of branch hours.
Just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Shelby. After somebody screwed up my rush order for a new card and had it delivered to the Calgary Distribution centre instead of my branch, Shelby went above and beyond to help me track it down and get it shipped to the branch. Shelby you are awesome:-)
