Showed up before they closed with a bunch of deposits Carmela was really accommodating and nice. 10/10
Sadly the same is true at all banks these days. One customer service agent is all they had on. The delay is unacceptable even though the service is friendly.

I had higher hopes as this branch was well-reviewed compared to others. But my experience setting up a business account was generally bad. When asking key questions about my business account, such as transaction limits, the lady googled the answer in front of me - and read me the google ai answer. She also could not help me set up a company credit card.
