Excellent service by Angie, a full five stars
Had to go get my banking set um and do some adjustment with my online banking. Angie was the one who helped me and she was amazing, helped and gave me necessary information to help get everything settled up. Was really easy and polite. Thank you so much.
Absolutely horrible wait times. Not an isolated incident either I waited an hour just do a deposit that took 5 min max... they usually only have 1 or 2 people on during high volume times. Not sure whats going on with staffing but the poor tellers are definitely feeling the pressure of such long lines. Everybody in line can feel it. I personally will definitely be going to a different location from now on. This place is severely understaffed for such a high volume location.
Angie is the best she is so knowledgeable and understands the query so easily, i love to go to this branch
