If you're looking for a mortgage, avoid ATB at all cost. Their customer service is suboptimal, to put it mildly, and they charge you an absurd amount of fees for pre-payment of a mortgage. Use anyone else but them!!! I tried escalating the issue with a manager who was incredibly dismissive. RBC, TD, and other brokers are a better option than ATB. I was their customer for over 10 years, but clearly they prioritize collecting fees more than providing good customer service to loyal clients.
Horrible service at this branch. 6 stations and only 1 person working. I'm so sick of cut backs and BS.
If you are ok to wait for 1 hour every time , good to go
