Jasmin Kaur is amazing. This is not a review on the entire branch. This is a review on one individual. I many years ago made a couple mistakes financially and ended up with a flag on my account. The matter had been completely resolved and 6 years had past. I’ve asked many employees at many different branches if that flag could be removed and always got one of two answers, “I’ll look into it and give you a call” (never received a call). Don’t open a business account here unless you want a complete nightmare. Baljeet bassi has got to be one of the dumbest advisors I have ever met. Been over a whole month of trying to setup EFT to my business account and they won’t comprehend the fact that it’s illegal for me to make a PAD agreement of my own when I’m apart of a massive franchise and have to follow their protocols.
