Exceptional service with the coffee at the branch.Staff is very helpful and friendly:work under one of the best branch manager I have met who always lead by example. Technology, Tariff, Ease of doing businessand innovation are the challenges needs to be ponder upon. Staff at the tellers are very vigilant and friendly. On Friday, March 14th, 2025, I visited the ATB branch at 9204 Ellerslie Road SW, T6X 0K6, to verify my identity and unlock my account. I’m a 19-year-old Black woman and brought multiple forms of ID: bank cards (debit and credit), Canadian passport, Alberta photo ID, healthcare card, and Social Insurance letter. The branch manager, Pamela Rayner, demanded I recall the last four digits of my Social Insurance Number without looking at the letter. Really Bad customer service. They don't really care for how long you have been waiting for. Teller is really Gross. I would like to use other locations if I can.
