Christine Fawcett shined today when she turned (what i thought would be a tedious and arduous task) into a pleasant three-minute completion of my requested account statement format change. This is why I don't bank on-line. Kudos to Christine.
Emmanuel was a pleasure to deal with. I was in a rush and needed to get money out of my account, and there was a line at the bank machine. Saw no one was in line so went to the teller. He got me my cash and out the door before I would have gotten to the machine.
The lady i dealt with at the front ,raman, was very polite , efficient, and did her job very well. Helped me find all the information in a very professional manner , she was great
