After trying to call the branch directly a dozen times this morning, only to be transfered to a call center then on hold for currently 16 minutes and counting... The reason for my call is to ask why, after being assured 5 DAYS AGO, by Rajdip Aulakh that she would reach out to mortgage specialist, Wendy Wei on my behalf, or alternatively to a relationship manager regarding very time sensitive matters, why have I not been responded to? I had received a call and a voucemail about my bank account and have tried to keep calling n leaving a voucemail for someone to call me back! Except I keep not getting a call back and I need my money in order to pay for my stuff and move
Parked in the parking lot the furthest back corner as to allow for elderly etc to park closer. Went to dentist appointment then was going to the bank. But wait....some crazy Karen placed a no parking sign on my windshield stating ATB parking only and that my vehicle will be towed next time, Yet no sign in lot. Switching banks. Also found out she harassed the dental office staff next door. Due to crazy entitled Karen- you know who you are
