I’ve always enjoyed the service here.
Man this branch is so poorly ran. The volume of customers it deals with versus the amount of scheduled employees for day to day banking needs is beyond ridiculous. Regardless of how busy or slow it is, it is at least a 5-10m wait. Today I came in and there appeared to be 1 person working for walk in banking needs. I waited 10m before leaving and only 1 customer out of 7 waiting was taken care of, I was customer 7. This happens almost everytime I come in to complete some basic banking needs.
