i had an issue with money misdirected out of an account by an energy retailer.had lots of help rectifying this by christine and a man i think was aloans officer but i aspecial thanks to dawn for going way above and beyond-thanks again
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Raj Aulakh provided exceptional services to me and got me a mortgage approval within 24 hours! I decided to change my lender a week to closing due to some unscrupulous fees after going in to sign. TD approached me and offered to get me approved really fast at a lower rate as I had my accounts with them but ATB beat them to it. Mark a Person Banker was very helpful in helping us with our Renewal of our mortgage as I had our mortgage package sent in the mail with not so good rate when it came down to New interested rate, Mark was able to bet our mortgage renewal rate with a broker as we close in closing our renewal rate with broker but Mark stepped up and was able to get a better rate for us and locked it in for 5-years. With these trouble times we are now at ease and can sleep at night.
Had a great experience with Michelle Mulkay moving our mortgage over from TD to ATB. She was knowledgeable and professional. ATB has been much better to work with compared to TD.
