Big shout out to Felix at the Baseline branch. My husband and I could not be happier with the outstanding service we received from him. Had it not been for him we would never have opened an account with ATB. He went over and above as he communicated with us through email and phone. When we met in person he was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Thank you so much Felix for your outstanding service.
Recently I had the pleasure of communicating with Asmir James an Everyday Banking Advisor at the 100-550 Baseline Rd Branch in Sherwood Park. I was just getting started as executor for my brothers will and needed some direction. He couldn’t have been more helpful in fact he went out of his way to do more than most people would have.A very pleasant knowledgeable individual. ATB you are most fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.
Very slow, and only 2 tellers on. Always seem to have problems when I go there on Baseline Rd!
