Pathetic service , how are customers suppose to talk to you when they call your number , have to wait 45 minutes. Customer service is a zero . Talk to a recording and wait on hold for 45 minutes, banking has gone downhill .
I am extremely disappointed with ATB's banking services. I recently attempted to access my own funds, only to be told that the branch would not release the money unless I disclosed what I intended to do with it. This is not only invasive but ethically wrong. What I choose to do with my money is private and entirely my business. A financial institution’s role is to safeguard funds, not to police how customers use them. This type of behavior undermines trust and shows a lack of respect for customer autonomy. I've been very excited about starting my business journey, but also quite nervous about all the details. I went in to speak with Chelsea Fearon, the Business Advisor at the Sherwood Park Baseline Branch, and to say she has put my mind at ease would be an understatement. Chelsea took her time, and not only clearly explained the ins-and-outs with me, but also had me feeling quite a bit more optimistic by the time I left.
