They have completely shattered my trust with them. An issue occurred with a payment. In stead of giving me a warning or calling me to sort it out, they quietly refunded it behind my back. Now I'm on thin ice with my insurance, the bank charged me 40 something for a fee and my insurance wants to add a fee. All they had to say was "well i dont know the its all automated we cant look at your accounts we cant see anything" its real uncomforting to know that as soon as there's an issue at your expense they just throw their hands ... read more
The ladies at this branch are always looking to help their clients with whatever challenges they face. I've been with this bank since I was 16 and I am now 23, I plan on staying for a long time! Highly recommend.
