I recently had a great experience at the Lamont branch. Douglas really impressed me with his knowledge and eagerness to help. It’s obvious he is someone who actively tries to go above and beyond. It’s nice to run into someone who wants to do more than the bare minimum.
DON'T EVER USE ATB ATMS!!! I deposited 500$ cash into the ATM in Lamont AB and it stole it. The ATM itself cancelled the transaction claiming I was over my limit for the day which is BS because it was literally my first transaction, then the machine proceeded to keep my money but didn't credit it to my account. Spoke to one of the staff and they said they'd check it out and get it fixed. Then I got a text telling me they didn't find any discrepancies and it would take 5 days to check the video.
