I visited the bank, and the staff member who helped me answered all my questions and explained everything very well. Their teamwork and cooperation with each other were impressive.
If you work a normal job these hours are completely unusable. Don't know why you'd waste your time opening 10-4...

Sketchy, atm doesn’t work, the big lady at the front doesn’t know a thing about customer service, like pulling teeth to get her to listen and not talk over you. Found the Ellerslie location is WAY better, don’t waste your time on these rude incompetent bank tellers.
