I had a problem and Mrs. Barber, Manager is at ATB Wespointe, was very helpful and wonderful to deal with!
On January 16 i tried to withdrawal 4800 from my chequing account. The teller interrogated me as to what the money was going to be used for. I explained it is for Home renovations then she said the maximum she could give me was 3000 cash. I told her that would not help as I needed 4800 she then offered to give me 4000 in which I explained that would not help me and that I need 4800 at which point I asked her to go get her manager, and that's when she pretended to go the back to get them and when she came back there was no ma... read more
Nice and friendly staff at my branch that are always accommodating. Phone customer service with Tommy Pham was very helpful as well in evaluating and opening new credit accounts and savings accounts for Canadian FHSA contribution purposes.
5 stars to Gurleen Kaur. Her polite nature, patience helped me immensely with an overseas wire transfer.
Honestly the staff needs to be change full of line only to teller the rest all gathered and drinking coffee i been standing on my feet for more than an hour ATB need to take action and change all the staff its the worst bank interms of customer service
