The drive thru machine had been broken or just didn’t work multiple times. Lobby is not open after hours and your card doesn’t unlock the door. Had to drive to another location to find an ATB atm. At another visit my “advisor” was not knowledgeable about his own products and it seemed like he needed permission to say anything other than “I’ll take that as a feedback” just useless. I am brand new into investing and I made an appointment with Parly, he made everything extremely easy to understand. He answered any and all my questions. Although we didn’t get heavy into the mutual funds aspect of everything I am excited to start now.
Great service from Parly who helped me set up the right accounts.
Wondering why this institution is afraid of customer interaction 🤔 Limit my account on deposits and won't even try to get ahold of me. Or talk to me. Worst institution ever. Ohhh well time to move my money
