Very good service and explanation of process. Timely responses. Cash back offer was a pleasant surprise. Sale and purchase were both smooth even though there was an overlapping timeline. Ankit was excellent.
Very Slow service . I went to get a new bank card. Had a person who had an accent language barrier issues couldn't understand him. He caused me stress. He messed up the order of my account of which was very stressful. Took me 2 whole days to try to get straightened out. I went on Saturday and I went today. Door sign open at 9 but 1 minutes late Then still need to wait for teller , 2 staff on busy morning time with long line up , Said please wait for minutes Why Don’t you guys get everything already before Door open After that still wait for coin change No coin at all , Manager need to get everything already before bank open Waste My time No acceptable with this kind service
