I went into this branch looking for help after a passing in the family. Steven the manager and I believe Salma was behind the desk- were both sooo sooo helpful. Answered all my questions , made the whole process easy and we’re both very kind and understanding. Steven is the branch manager and looked after the paperwork personally, quickly and very professionally. Truly made a difficult and dreadful process easy.
