I couldn't have had a better experience with Charles. I came in on the fly, he helped me through his lunch break and did an outstanding job from start to finish. World class awful service and support. Sold me a service I could not use. Multiple phone calls on my part to sort it out. Always a different person with a promise someone would return my call. They didn't. Flash fwd a month, they start charging me for this service. Called them back, refused to issue refund, then said a 'manager' would phone me. Same day, had three phone calls. First hung-up when I picked up...then the automated phone survey came on asking how they did (that was the piece de resistance for me!). Second call w... read more

24 years of banking experience/history, same employer for 16 years and they won’t release my entire pay cheque deposited through an ATM when I can’t make it into the branch during business hours. Call center employee “Ruben” blamed my employer for not using direct deposit for payroll. Said just wait until January 5. Local branch employees and customer service are pretty great, but not great enough to make up for the poor customer service offered company wide. Will be looking at other banking options moving forward.
