Been with ATB 10 years. The staff at every location I've gone to are fantastic- but whatever is happening in corporate is a mess. The communication is extremely lacking. Just got a phone call today saying I've been behind on a payment for over a year, never got a single message or email in regards to that and I've been in contact with staff in the past year and it wasn't mentioned once. I've already started banking with another bank and as soon as my personal loan is closed with these guys I'll be cutting the cord.

Great business, usually very helpful. Called to talk regarding mutuals and was on hold for over 20 minutes. The music was so loud had to put phone under blanket. Maybe someone from branch should call there.
