Always pleasant, fast and efficient!
Be careful with this bank. Untrained staff and poor customer service. Still waiting for the return call thats never coming. Opened my account in January, closing it today. Update. The manager was going to call me. Typical service here. No call AGAIN.
Terrible bank, will extort money out of you at their first convenience. Wish I had never gotten involved with this bank. They do not take security seriously in the slightest. Same UI bugs in their app and website persisting for years. Good luck changing your password without calling. They should be shut down. And there should be action taken against them for the thousands of people they put at financial risk on a daily basis. Avoid this bank at all costs!!
