I had a login issue and emailed ATB about it bc I couldn't pay my bills, but there was no reply at all. Thus, I sent a proxy in to this branch to get info in person because I'm out of the country, and I was given the card of the branch manager to contact. I contacted her, only to have her tell me to call their (non-overseas) 1-800 number, despite me having said I am not local to Canada anymore. When I replied with a reminder that I am not local, I never received another reply (it has been several weeks by now). Their casual ... read more
