I was excited to become an ATB customer after hearing glowing reviews about the customer service. I was told that even though I’m just a poor fella, much like most people, they still treat you like you have a million bucks. When I came to open an account, and was asking for more information, they said they couldn’t help me, and that all the information was available online. They weren’t rude to me in any way, but it’s just the same as any other bank.
I had a good visit to this ATB branch. I was pleasantly greeted by a nice lady upon my arrival, she asked what I needed help with, and she helped me with the ATM machine. The communication skills and professionalism of the staff are excellent. I highly recommend accessing services from this branch.
